In chair yoga, the chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga's amazing fitness and health potential.  You will do poses and deep breathing techniques from a chair.  These will build muscle strength and confidence and benefit your body/mind connection.  Simple and easy relaxation techniques to help reduce stress.
