Creating Ethical Practice in Social Work

This session will address concepts of ethics in Social Work with a focus on critical issues such as boundaries, bias, prejudice, values, and principles. Factors that influence the development of our biases, personal values and professional behavior will be explored. Applications of models of ethical decision-making will also be discussed as well as highlighting the updates/changes to the NASW Code of Ethics that took effect at the beginning of this year.
